Our Myofunctional Approach to Speech Therapy
Myofunctional therapy is effective in helping children who have been in traditional speech
therapy for years without much progress. Using visuals and a variety of tools to help achieve nasal breathing, proper oral rest posture, and a normal swallow pattern, we can help your child:

problems later in life

What To Expect
After an initial evaluation and referral from the primary care physician (if needed), sessions are designed around specific goals that are drafted by the therapist and approved by the patient and/or parents. Therapy is provided by a licensed and certified Speech Language Pathologist + Certified Orofacial Myologist. Frequency of visits and duration is discussed and individualized to meet each individual’s needs. Please refer to our FAQs for more information.
